It is not always easy to tell who will make a good tenant. That's why, as a landlord, it is important to know who you are letting your property to. We find that by collating as much initial information, and completing background checks on each Individual tenant is one of best ways of avoiding costly problems later. At Great Move Lettings we have developed our Referencing system over a period of time and refined it down to a two stage process involving initial information gathering which the tenant has to produce, combined with an outside Credit Check agency.
